Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1998), with a Master's Degree in Business Law from ESEADE (2003). He joined Estudio García Hamilton in 1998, a firm founded by José Ignacio Garcia Hamilton.
He has extensive experience in corporate law, advising national and international companies on the negotiation and implementation of complex contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate disputes, labor law, and administrative matters. His practice also includes representation in highly complex civil, commercial, and corporate litigation.
He has worked on transactions and disputes related to the media, construction, and real estate sectors, including urban and commercial development contracts and disputes between partners in corporations. In labor matters, he provides comprehensive advice on hiring, terminations, workplace accidents, and administrative and judicial proceedings before labor authorities.
